This'll be modded to the point it no longer looks like this release in a matter of a month or less. It's Skyrim and people mod it to death. What you're getting is 64-bit and a few other updates as a foundation for modders to start playing with.

For those that are lucky to be able to play it there is a G-Sync issue that is playing havoc with FPS rates. It is being said to turn G-Sync off. Keep this in mind if you are having low FPS.

what kind of FPS are you getting while GSYNC is active? Try turning VSYNC on, see if that helps.

I don't have it installed yet. I was doing some reading in the comments section and that issue popped up. Seems to be an issue with more than one user.

I decided to play the first quest and go to White Run. Looks like they didn't fix the random crash to desktop. I delivered the frost salts and as soon as I asked for alchemy training the game crashed to desktop without a warning. Looks like you have to save and save often.

I'm sure it will get patched in no time, people probably have already notified them.

Do the latest drivers (375.63 as of this post) recognize this game? I'm using an older version due to folding issues on the latest one, and was wondering if it has a profile for it. (namely SLI and if not, is there one already created I can edit in with Nvidia inspector or something? (assuming a straight copy of the SLI profile for classic skyrim doesn't work well)

According to Shockjockey, the latest drivers do not work with SLI on SE yet.

The game unlocked for me about 11 oclock my time. Looks more crisp but nothing to write home about. They did finally fix the blocky shadows.  Plays nice and smooth. Only using one of my cards at about 60 percent to maintain 60fps at 2560x1600 ultra settings. SLI doesn't work with latest driver. Putting it away now till they make compatible mods for it. Oh! I almost forgot the game did not install anything extra when it unlocked so the new game is actually smaller in size than the original.

375.70 drivers are out but still no SLI even though it is a game ready driver for this game.

GSYNC "works" but I get random drops in FPS every few minutes, utterly unplayable while the FPS is in the teens if not lower. Then it will come back to normal. Alt tab still bugs out and causes the monitor to black screen. The game does need a serious patch, like big time.

Edit: Setting the GLINK to "ULMB" stopped the drop in FPS. also set vsync to adaptive.

I'm all over the place in FPS and that is just the opening scenes at my execution. I couldn't take it anymore and shut it down. You're right about the patch. I'll wait and see if they do it before I continue.

You obviously have GSYNC. Enable ULMB mode and set VSYNC to adaptive. Try that.
