I don't think they'll make a universal SLI waterbridge for several different configured blocks.  That's what the water cooling Mfgers are for.  A simple bitspower SLI fittings between the GPUs would have worked fine and should be looked at as a viable option.

Looking at your images, you have way too many connections going on.  Think of each connections as a leak point.  The simpler the routing the better.

Constructive criticism here, not bashing you BC.

Install 4 GPUs with the EVGA Hydro Copper Water Blocks and connect them when you only have 15mm between each card and you will see. Setting up 2 Cards are not a problem but 3 and 4 cards can be.
"bitspower SLI fittings" do not fit in a space of 15mm because they are 22mm to 31mm for the most part.

So that you know the 2 inner o-rings on the SLI Fillings is what failed on one of the three fittings I was using and almost two years old now.
Swiftech G¼ Male-Male Lok-Seal Short Extension Fitting (11-18mm Range) - Black (Used on all my rigs with 3 or more graphics cards with the EVGA Hydro Copper Water Blocks (Both Brands)

Thanks for taking the time and explaining.  That sucks that your o-ring gave away and surprised it went that short.  I use bitspower all around for about 5 years now with no issue (knocks on wood).  I've only changed a single fittings o-rings once.

Of the 10 Swiftech G¼ Male-Male Lok-Seal Short Extension Fitting (11-18mm Range) - Black that I had *NEW 4 of them the inner O-rings were flat on one side and cut on the side as if when they put the two half together the cut and smashed the inter 0-rings.
They came from Microcenter.
I threw them away and used only the ones were the inner O-rings look good but I will no longer use them and is why I am replace them as show in the photo in post # 10 above.
We really do not have a great choice of third party water parts to use with the EVGA HC Water Blocks in SLI modes.

Looks like a bad batch to me if you threw away some new fittings and still used the others which lead to your leak.  That's really unfortunate and you're very lucky it didn't completely destroy your rig.

I looked around on bitspower and the only thing that came close to that size was some adapters where you use acrylic tubing in between the set of fittings.  I'm sure that would be a pain.  I understand it can be frustrating since they don't sell a waterbridge for multi GPU setups but I believe Swiftech does sell them but not for quad.

I checked to see which GPU's blocks you have in searching for a waterbridge for you but had my head scratching because both of your images have different GPU blocks.  The first one looks to me like they are EK WBs so I would check with them for a water bridge as the second image of GPUs are Swiftech waterblocks.

RAD. Awesome you were able to clean it up and all still works. You should buy a lotto ticket now.

EK and Swiftech do not make one for the Custom Hydro Copper Water Blocks even though they both made the Water Blocks for EVGA. That is why I hinted to EVGA about having some make.

The Image with 3 Cards are made by Swiftech and my 4-Way Rig are the EK Water Blocks made for EVGA, they are both the same head size.
The one new item that the EK makes now have the new ports on the Top, none of the Swiftech have them.
My Titans have the water blocks from Swiftech as well as do my GTX 690 and even my GTX 680 Classified Cards.

Even Koolance make the SLI Bridges but only for their Water Blocks.
