A bubble packing envelope and USPS 1st class postage would be about 2-3 bucks.

Go to USPS and price it yourself. I'm in NYC, EVGA is in CA. For a large envelope USPS Retail Ground (about 1 week delivery) it's $7.84...  not $2-3. The padded envelope flat rate Priority Mail is actually cheaper, at $6.80 (providing you use their special envelopes) with 2-3 day delivery. Shipping costs are not what they were even a few months back. UPS is also currently at an all-time high for shipping rates. Again, don't have to believe me, go check it out for yourself.

I mail a lot of stuff so I will break this down.

These prices are shipping 3 oz from Oregon to NYC, USPS 1st class parcel mail, in a 4x8 bubble envelope.

Wholesale, the bubble envelope is $.08.
The shipping (I just used the USPS website for this if anyone wanted to think I was making up numbers and double check.  You can get a discount even more than this with stamps.com, etc). is $2.62.

So the total, minus the label and the labor to put the item in the envelope the cost to ship from coast to coast would be $2.70.  And lets say I got the weight wrong, and double it to 6 oz, the shipping cost with envelope goes to $3.10.

Ok, so what are the labor costs? This was left out of your equation How about other soft-costs that are a part of this offer?

"I mail a lot of stuff... " does not equal having a corporation, with overhead costs and everything that comes along with it.

Also, did you personally take advantage of this offer or not?

Seriously, this horse has been beaten so badly, that it resurrected and walked away. All of this over 10 measly, tiny, minute, insignificant little dollars. Which are OPTIONAL for this ACCESSORY.

Yeah, I ship and mail 50 to 60 packages a day, I was a little dumbfounded when the mail man dropped them off. I paid 7.50 each for mine, not gonna complain... they look great

Priority is around $7 and First Class is around $3 for packages under 1lbs. Both have tracking. I think your post office is charging you too much.

Here in Europe if you use DHL or UPS it costs up to $15 and EVGA do use UPS here in Europe so it's not any more than is normally charged.

I didn't realize you were in Europe, sorry.

^ knows what hes talking about.

I think EVGA used bulk mail service for the thermal pad kits. It only cost $1.36 to ship a 4x8 bubble envelope from CA to Oklahoma.
