Did you receive an email showing you your receipt after hitting upload?

 No, I'm not getting any confirmation message or email.  It would be nice to receive one for S&H but I don't really NEED it atm so it's all good.  Long as it's priced reasonably ($20 Tops) then I'll buy it when I do need one.

I submitted my request on 10/8/2016. It's still saying "Your request is awaiting approval."
Have they started approving peoples requests? (I did submit a copy of my receipt)
