When are you shipping these out and my thermal pads out. I haven't received any updates on neither of these. Can someone please tell me how I check the status on these shipments of pads and power connector.

Check the request pages. It tells you in the request page where it is.

If you have not paid for shipping of the PowerLink, it has not shipped. You Judy pay for shipping before it will ship.

The thermal pads are a different situation, and will just ship to the address you have loaded when you requested them.

 
Refer "request history" near the bottom of the page on that link mentioned in TriLegDog's post.
Example:
 

Your request is awaiting approval.

Did you receive an email showing you your receipt after hitting upload?

I got a confirmation mail for the request, but never had a mail asking me for payment. Is this normal?

Your next email will be "[Notice] EVGA PowerLink Request Ready to Ship!" their is a link in this email that you need to click to complete payment.
Please visit the EVGA PowerLink Payment Page to pay for shipping and handling for your new PowerLink(s).

Sadly not available for every one that are outside US and Canada :(
 
Wish they also made this available for APAC region.
