Myself they are going on Water Cooled Graphics Cards and their is Zero Air Flow, Only Water Flow.

Disagree with you there. Not all cards share the same layout, and EVGA has said this can be used on all their
cards, as-well as other manufacturers cards. It really depends on the GPU you intend on using it with.
Anyways, I'm bombin outta this thread, hijacked it enough i think. Carry on as if i wasn't even here. lol.

I ordered a 1070 today, with 3 days left on the offer, I doubt I can register in time.  :(

I just registered and uploaded my receipt but it still says I haven't done so yet.  I'll wait a bit longer and see if it gets updated.  

As long as it is PURCHASED before the 31st, you will qualify.

I bought my 1070 FTW from Micro Center and a receipt is all I have. Can I snap a picture of it and upload for this offer?

Register your card [here] and you will be asked to upload a copy of the invoice. A photo of the receipt would be fine as long as it's legible. Once registered and uploaded, you should be able to get the offer. :)
 
 

What about me jacob and others in my boat? I tried to request a powerlink the first day ,but Im in step up going for 5 months , i would have requested one already but i cant till the card is registered.

You do realize your on the North American EVGA website.......Look on the website of YOUR country or region and check for the offer.
