I just purchased a new Z170 Classified-K board.  I am interested in installing the fastest 16gb or 32gb memory set that is compatible with the board.  I am looking at 2 sets that aren't currently on the compatibility list.

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-32GVK

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-32GVK

Anyone using these or thoughts on a fast 16GB kit that will work for this board?

Thanks,

Compatibility list is just guide lines for the most part. It's just memory they have tried that works. The top one appears to have a lower CAS, so that is what I would go with. Just get what you like in the end though as long as it is dual/quad channel at the right voltage.

I am running this in my Z170 Classified K and dont have any issues with them. They are not 16G sticks but if you want 32G they are an option.

I am using the F4-3200C14D-16GVK and they work great. No issues with XMP. Can't speak to overclocking yet though.
