Folders Break Down Here in the USA. WOW!

I can see why the Mountain Zone is low, the cost of Internet in the none red area like in Nebraska has so little Folders.
Last Year for 3 Months I paid for Internet in Lemoyne Nebraska at the Cost of $125 a Month for 1.5MB DSL.
Satellite Cost was over $200.00 and a startup cost of $390.00 so I did not test with it.
Note:
The Central Zone of Nebraska (Eastern Nebraska) has normal Internet Cost compared to Western Nebraska (Mountain Zone)
