Just use the maxwell tweaker. You may need to re-install the graphics drivers after flashing a modded vbios.
Man you're my hero lol
It took me quite a bit of time and lots of reboots to make it work properly, but now I'm able to enjoy pure quietness when the card isn't at full load.
Thanks a lot!!
If anyone in need of help ever comes across this topic, here are the steps I took to make the flash sucessful:
1 - Used GPU-Z to make a copy of the current BIOS, edited it on Maxwell Bios Tweaker (kept a backup copy)
2 - Unninstaled GPU drivers
3 - Rebooted on safe mode, ran Display Driver Uninstaller, removed everything related to the GPU and rebooted again
4 - Flashed the card using modded BIOS, rebooted
5 - Installed the GPU drivers, rebooted
6 - Checked if there was any issues with your video drivers on Device Manager, since there wasn't anything with marked with a ! or any kind of symbol you don't see under normal conditions, I assumed everything went OK.
7 - Ran 15 minutes of Furmark while monitoring temps and fan speeds to confirm if the changes I made on the BIOS were running fine.
Everything went fine on Furmark, so I guess everything's OK now. I just hope that when I update the video drivers I won't have to do all that stuff again
