I can also report I have the same problem. Via Email support, I was told to submit RMA request at and they will arrange a courier to sort the rest out. Nice! However, every time I apply an RMA request, I get an error page that the request cannot be submitted and the EVGA team has been notified. How annoying!
Anyone running in to this issue? Nevertheless I will keep trying.
On a more interesting note, the support reply said the following: "we will arrange courier to collect the card from you. Once we receive the card , we will advice our
RD have firmware fixed the issue and send back the card to you ASAP."
So is it a firmware issue or hardware issue? Mind you, this ticket came from Taiwan support (I think). I seriously hope that either way, this issue gets sorted.
