Just to make sure, our cards that are getting RMA'ed to us will NOT be refurbs correct? I paid 700$+ for my FTW version at Microcenter DAYS ago and there is no way in hell I will accept a refurb.

Again, these will be BRAND NEW cards getting sent to us right?

Thanks.

Jacob, one question... I installed the card and Precision X OC 2 days ago and had to provide the card serial number to install Precision, but that card is going to be RMA'ed.. should I re-register Precision with the new serial number when I get it (which I guess means uninstall Precision, remove registry entries possibly, then reinstall)?

Good to know, thanks. Can you imagine any other supplier providing service like this? Not a chance. This is why I always buy EVGA.

Got my RMA unit installed, about to test it.

I did notice that the back end of the card,  right above the backplate.. It is missing something, the LED bleeds.  I compared it to my other 1080 that I am sending back and apparently there is suppose to be black tape there.

I noticed my new cards clock speeds are between 1925-1970 where my previous once was 1985-2015. Maybe that means the factory overclock went down some. Not a big deal to me since I can also try manually overclocking to get it back to 2000ish

opened a ticket 50 hours ago, still waiting for a response. even if i get an answer, it's a shame that i'll be paying loads of money for customs and shipping again because of a defective product.

Same for mine. So far no black screens but GTA5 has crashed 5 times. Play time at about 20 minutes each. Card never goes above 73C.
