What are about the thermal pads - picture 6 - did you used the old/original one's or pads are included in the kit?

Because of the larger PCB of the FTW model, this Hybrid kit will not fit. We will keep you posted about watercooling options for non-reference models in the future.


this what i meant... (This looks like a custom PCB cooler and different then the FE one. bigger shroud + bigger fan on the VRM)
will wait for this kit as long as needed. :)


Not to mention the most obvious thing. It has 2 8 pin connectors.

I haven't installed the kit, awaiting step-up.  I intend to use the pads supplied.

Thank you for the photos, as I can't find the manual listed on the EVGA site yet. Is the backplate reinstalled? I don't see that listed in the manual.

The 980ti hybrid kit used the reference fan. Looks like this one comes with a replacement fan. I'll know next week when my kit gets here

Good catch!  I didn't notice that. I hope that the plate can be reinstalled.
 
It'd be great if an EVGA Tech would respond on this.

Yes, it comes with fan, as seen in the pictures.
