I have a major problem?! Help!

Got the card yesterday, worked fine the whole evening.
Came home after work started my PC, it locked up just before windows login window, even the small ball circle stopped moving, PC Cuts the Power to the keyboard aswell for some reason.
So did a Clean install after work on windows cause yeah, easiest way, installed windows and started downloading the VGA drivers, took a nap while downloading, came back monitor on, no Picture. Restart back to Square one. Just did a new fresh install again, now it says driver 368.81 isnt supported on my Windows ****?

You need the latest build of Windows 10 to install newer Nvidia drivers. Grab an updated ISO to burn to DVD, or to make a bootable USB, using microsoft's media creation tool - http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool-create-installation-media-upgrade Or just update from within Windows.

Cool GTX
Should OC software like MSI AB or Precision X, be uninstalled first, then DDU drivers, then reinstall OC software - for best stability ?

I run DDU, and custom install the EVGA / Nvidia drivers --- Only selecting PhysX and the actual GPU driver, none of the other "stuff" and select clean install. ( I do NOT load GeForce Experience software, Nvidia 3D drivers, Nvidia Sound )

 (edit added link DDU)
