after placing a 'pre-order' at NewEgg.
1070 FTW.
Hopefully I'm not waiting too long. Had a GTX 660 Ti die on me (MSI, lower-end model) and I've been getting by on the i5-3570K's iGPU (HD 4000) for the past 2.5 months.
This'll be my first EVGA graphics card. Usually stick with ASUS (prior to the MSI purchase), but chose EVGA for what I've heard about their customer service. That's really all that matters with brands after a quick examination of failure rates.
Here's to (hopefully) 10+ years of Star Citizen at 60 FPS and everything else I play at 144+ FPS. lol
