Actually, it seems like bad practise to ship out units to retailers when you haven't even fulfilled your own orders. EVGA is unique here because they have their own store, MSI and Gigabyte and others do not have an online store to buy their cards. I would be really angry too.

This is getting ridiculous i see people from EU getting there pre orders shipped and i'm happy for them but the people who are getting there orders shipped ordered there 1080 ftw on 6/1/2016 i ordered mine on 5/29/2016 and my order status is still pre-ordered so people who ordered after me are getting there cards shipped.
I also send 6 emails to different email accounts with no response from any of them.
EVGA makes great cards but there customer service at the moment is crap.
We have to wait almost a month and a half on our preorders with no updates what so ever.
Made my decision after i get my card i'm not order from evga ever again.
1. What makes you think that Evga is unique here? Every manufacturer is having the exact same issues with supply and demand...
2. Evga is not responsible for companies selling their cards...Meaning if someplace like Newegg decides to offer a Pre-Order on an item, Evga isn't responsible for that, the company is...
3. We're all mad about not having the things we pre-ordered...but seriously, let's not resort to adolescent behavior to try and get our point across.
1) They're unique because they have their own store to buy the cards. Other card manufactures do not.
2) EVGA is responsible for sending shipments to the right places - they decided to prioritise retailers over the people who pre-ordered at their own store. They have complete control over this I believe? I've read that they are prioritising certain places - so I would assume they control what goes where.
3) Yes we're all mad. I personally think it's bad practise to send cards to retailers before fulfilling your own pre-orders. But hey, maybe EVGA have a reason for this.
