Click on "Auto Notify". Act quickly. You only may have 3 1/2 seconds before they are gone.

Yah I know about that. Eveyone says go to the forums, but I can't just select "Auto notify me when Jacob F is announcing that 30 cards will be fought over by 10,000 people in the span of a second". Plus Ive beem burned twice now.

The first being that EVGA wants you to setup an account before purchasing, which is terrible. But I wouldn't have known because that's not an option unless you try to buy something or go way the hell out of your way.

And the second being Jacob saying "we're selling more later this week" which aka means today. So here's me at work all day like an idiot, and not 10 minute after I get home, turn on the wifi, do I get the classic "Gtx 1080 ftw just went up!" Followed by "And they sold out". (BTW this was Tuesday and Wednesday for future thread readers).

And I'm just left here sitting like, what am I supposed to do? So I do research and apparently most people that get cards are using bots to auto purchase things for them, but I don't know where or how to use one of those so that's out of the question. Then I check everywhere else looking to buy one, and it's like people taking pennies and marking the price up to a crisp $10,000. Even though these sellers don't have stock either.

All I want to do is build my first gaming pc, and I won't be able to for what looks like until I'm well into college.

I'm at the point where I just want to invest my money into a mutual fund, and in 10 years I'll of waited long enough and have enough money to buy two EVGA gtx 1080 ftw's.

They probably actually stay in stock at least 10 minutes. I think since they just launched, not long ago, that stock should get better, as time goes on. Just keep being patient. If you want something bad enough, waiting a little longer is still worth it.

I was able to purchase EVGA GTX1080 FTW on newegg without using bot to purchase it.

I used instocknow site, soon as i seen EVGA GTX1080 SC in stock at newegg, i started refreshing the page for GTX 1080 FTW.

NowInStock.net is unbelievably helpful... I've been trying for three days, signed up, got a text, and got one instantly today. I can recommend it. Text alerts are the way to go.

Good news for all those who ordered on or after Jun 6th @ B&H. Supeclocked cards are now being shipped !
They may have enough stock to go to live ordering soon so keep an eye out on Distil or Nowinstock.net.

You would sincerely hope that is the second shipments arrival, considering the price raise and the first ones all have being preordered by now!
