sorry, im getting off topic but 
i cant find any info/faq regarding evga shop/orders made.
what does "Order Status: Waiting to Process" (on us page it looks differently- "Order Status: Pending Verification") 
mean? Clicking on order id gives me invoice and "Order Status: Awaiting Approval"
 
question - do i need to take some action or just wait (1080 sc order placed yesterday @ eu.evga site)?

Your order is in, but someone has not yet gotten to it, hence "waiting to process".

Same thing here (pending: awaiting approval). I sure hope not:( 

Amazon.uk price of the 1080 FTW has shot up from £599 to £679, maybe that means they're anticipating having stock to sell soon?
 
I've been assured by an amazon rep that if you've pre ordered you will only be charged the lowest the price has been between the point of ordering and the point of shipping (and I kept the chat log just in case)

That price increase is likely due to the devalued pound.

Anyone has official word on when the FTW 1080 from EVGA is back in stock?

I've been glued to nowinstockdotnet for the past week trying to score a 1080 SC or FTW which checks Amazon, NewEgg, and B&H along with some foreign ones. Sign up for the free account and setup browser alerts, it will refresh the page every 30 seconds, sound an alarm while the window is open, send you text/email alerts, and let you customize the list for exactly which part numbers you're looking for. I managed to score an EVGA 1080 SC last night on Amazon around 115am Eastern thanks to it. Surprisingly they were in stock for about 2.5 minutes instead of the usual 45 seconds.
I did get an email notification from EVGA for a 1080 FTW earlier yesterday, but I didn't see it until 20 minutes afterwards, and they were of course gone by then. I had the page up and everything but was busy doing something else in the apartment so wasn't manically refreshing the page. Good luck to all, hang in there!

Follow EVGA_JACOBF on twitter, he posts upcoming stock there. That's how I got mine.
