The rest of the world's 27th preorders have not been fullfilled either and the only concrete info is some shipment coming next week(that will have like 50 cards alltogether probably :P)

Put something in your cart and go through the process to see.  There is likely no tax but will be shipping.  I am in IN.

I also saw the price listed for the 1070 FTW finally. That gives me some hope those should be released sometime soon.

an asus strix 1920 oc came up today,  i added it to cart then they took it out of my cart before checkout was complete !!!
 
sigh... sure hope someone in these companies are giving nvidia **** for this launch..
