Couldn't agree more. They are playing us around. I simply don't understand why won't nvidia/egva tell us what's going on. It seems as if they are selling a few cards at the time, and by a few I mean 5 or so. All you can find out there are FEs and it's clear they want to sell those out before fully release the other cards
It was a paper launch on nVidia's part. That's it. They don't need to inform anyone of anything and we're not owed anything. EVGA is doing all it can to get these cards out. I commend Jacob and company for even caring enough to post on these forums and twitter, which they don't have to do. You will get your card(s) eventually. That said, I too am not thrilled about this launch, I think it is BS. If you think the 1080 Ti launch or even the 1080 Hybrid launch will be any different you will be disappointed. There's always shortages and price gouging. It will likely take months to obtain a Hybrid after its release, just like the 980 Ti hybrid.
