Yep. I got a text from Now in Stock at 12:35PM EST while at a store. Got home 20 minutes later and "notify" instead of add to cart.

This is almost as fun as trying to snipe auctions on eBay....

Well I just found out that Memory Express in Canada is only getting 50 units of the FTW card in their first shipment. That is company wide, 7 stores and online. Worse they are being told they will not get their second shipment until near the end of July, ETA July 20th. And even though I managed to get an order in on the 27th of May, it looks like I will not be in that first shipment. So if I decide to stick with the FTW I'm looking at waiting two months. I'm generally patient, but I am starting to wonder, why don't you have the cards to ship? I mean is it Nvidia? Is it actual production issues? What is the cause for such low levels of stock? And we all get that demand is high but it just seems like the stock is not evening picking up at all, even after an entire month.

Maybe we'll see actual cards by Christmas, Thanksgiving or New Years ........ I've seen FE editions go in and out of stock at Best Buy,Newegg and B&H Photo but BH jacked their prices so I wont be buying from them. I want a FTW if they ever get made in any quantity. Read an article yesterday saying TSMC is having production issues hence no cards..........

Have an update now on Europe, sorry for the delay in reply but wanted to ensure that we had the most accurate dates possible. Any comments previous to this were the best estimate at the time, but we have some more solid arrival dates now, especially since the shipment is now in transit.

Cards are on the way to our Europe location now, as mentioned previously, first priority will be the EU EVGA.com preorders which should process by next Thursday. About the same time, stock will arrive at Retail/Etail, just as Ben mentioned in the above post.

If anything changes from this we will post here.

Thank you for the news Jacob. Now, only one question remains, are you allowed to give any sort of estimate (or even specific) on the number of units that have been sent?

Next thursday we'll all be back in this thread waiting for Jacob to tell us its now end of July. We still don't know what's causing the delays, how many units were sent to EU, and how many will be coming afterwards.

When you get into cause of delay and number of units, you are asking questions that no manufacturer would reveal.  The information that's been given thus far is more than you'd get out of ASUS, MSI, or any of the other card partners.

Not really, I know a guy from MSI who keeps notifying when large shipments come in and even what stores specifically. Even yield %.

Most probably? Customs I would think. The bureaucracy in the EU is quite slow.
