As i am not a fan of the very flawed PPD estimating system, since we don't get the same work units constantly, I have been watching my PPD over the last 96 hours.. 551k average at this time. I am folding only on a single 1070 FTW with no further overclock other than the factory overclock. I will check occasionally and get better numbers as the month goes along, but like I said, the PPD estimate from FAH is consistently wrong, since it always showing around 660k ppd estimated. 550 is no where near 660 in my books.

I'm showing a consistent ~580k ppd over a week of straight folding once you subtract the cpu folders I have. I'll experiment with some gentle overclocks after I watercool the cpu to see what I get to push during my short term folding binges.

you guys are both getting numbers that seem like what i was getting before i made my GPU run in PCI-E 3.0 and 1900MHz your gpu's are boosting up to ~1900 and not sitting around 1550 right?

That's what I'm seeing on both of my cards, once the full run begins - It'll bounce around but stay in the ~1900 MHz range, per GPU-Z.

Could it be a difference between running at x16 and x4?

If it's x4 maybe, but gen 3.0 x8 should be enough.

I'm getting ~650k PPD with my 1070 in PCI-E 2.0 (2600k wont allow 3.0)

Finally I received my 1070 SC Black Edition. So far so good:
Project 13500 -- 635099 PPD  (two 1080p monitors connected and I am browsing)
