'Run' button greyed out on the OCScanner screen (manual mode selected)

I've bought an GTX 1070 FE from Nvidia website and I've download EVGA Precision X OC from EVGA website but when I lunch the software he didn't work.
Is this because my card isn't from EVGA ?

They are working non EVGA Cards as well in the next version or the one after. http://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2492624

Issue: Left my computer on the desktop for about 10-15 minutes. No open programs or windows. Came back to the Auto OC running on it's own. Hadn't touched the Precision X OC program outside of closing the update window. On the bright side, my card runs a little faster now. :D Still freaked me out a bit, though.

When I try to use the OC Tuner, it freezes my windows after 10 seconds, then eventually restarts.

• profiles not saving
• not loading on windows startup
• needs a better voltage adjustment bar
• keyboard delete key does not work when EVGA precision is open

It doesn't really seem like this was thoroughly tested and it is a shame because I used the old EVGA precision for years without issue, I will have to use MSI AB now instead

• Profiles not saving and have to input my overclocks on both cards every time I restart my computer
• Delete key not working while Precision is running
• Auto OC running on its own and sometimes kicking me out of games
• Sync button not working across my SLI config, have to manually input everything for both cards

-Profiles don't save clock settings and voltage slider, reverts back to default after boot up. 
-Fan Curve and Automatic fan works and remembers my settings even after boot.
-LED function never saves, always reverts back to default after boot up.
-Installed version 6.0.1 but still reads 6.0.0 at the bottom left hand corner, and always asks to install new version, got tired of it so I disabled check for updates.
