Update, I got the right angle 8pin cables and A LOT less pressure on the card/mobo form the side panel. Not 100% as it still lays on it but will work for now. I may be going for a new case for sli. The extra depth form the extra wires coming from the dual 8pin cable was just a little too much that heat just spidered cracked it. Side panel replacement is only $15 bucks so no big deal.

There's a popular mod for this case - place the window outside the side panel. That'll give you those few missing mm of clearance. Or you can cut an opening out where the card is; that'd solve the cracking too.
