True.. the heat would loosen the stickiness of the double sided tape.

I'll check out the backplate again. Maybe it was just a few holes that had threads for screws going from the card to the backplate.

Just start to do something with my card. Splitted already but everywhery is dust. Need to drain all my loop, rotate fans and put them back again. This take ages take parts out of case

Nice.. last night I checked the backplate on the classified. There is no threads on the backplate holes. :/ it's just a small hole for the evga screws. Too small for the ek screws to pass threw. And the ek screws head us too large for the backplate screw well (whatever you call it) that the screw heads would fit into.

Different mm screws with smaller heads would be needed.

I already have everything in the case ready to go. Just gota add coolant today and test for leaks and hope and prey the untested mb and cpu and ram all work.

Great... I just finished mounting ekwb and backplate. I use longer screws and one screw under backplate (screw into ekwb with card). Longer screws I have from previous backplate (alan keys screws like) and they fits perfect. I haven't enough same king of screws then I use 4 another type of screws ( it too from ekwb). They have big head but no mind. Long enough to keep backplate and ekwb tight together!!! Looks awesome!

Mines up and running for the past few hours. Just slapping some games on it real quick.
 
Temps are 27 and 31 for idle for the 2 and I think 31-36c on load but i'll need to run a loop of firestrike for firm numbers.  No idea why the 2nd card is running hotter then the first?? Sucks.. but I gota remind myself its water cooled and 36c is funny cold.  Sure I got those numbers wrong as its sounds too cold.
