:( I've texted him a few times...got the news a few weeks ago. Dot know if anyone reads his texts now but I still send him a few words of encouragement. Told him. He is one of the few I've met here so he at least owes me a race... he may win hands down but I ain't scured. Man...violence. if I had some uto I'd come visit with ya. Not that bad a drive from here.

 
i hear you man. im incredibly lucky im only 3 hours away. I also understand people between plane tickets, work schedules ect that this was a very good option. Everyone can still be there with him and it should work out great. 

All the texts he's been getting blew up his phone Chrome.

@Violence - I don't know if I'll be home by 2pm EDT as I might still be headed back from a road trip, but I would really like to show my support for Wrinvert. He's one of the first people I started playing games with on the EVGA servers/TS several years ago. If you're comfortable with it, could you PM me his phone number? At the very least, if I am still on the road, I can at least send him some supportive words.

i will ask his wife tomorrow i know his phone is getting blown up with texts and facebook messages so his wife has it right now. i will let you know tomorrow. i will text you my phone number as well.

Another option is ts for android devices. I'll be honest its not great but it's ok....

yes if you have a smartphone you can get teamspeak for your phone. it isnt the best like dragon said but for this it will get the job done.

Yes, the more, the better. he views eVGA and everyone here as a second family. This guy has struggled for so many years and he finally can not take the fight with the cancer any longer, and I don't blame him, but he is fighting right now to say goodbye to everyone. I don't just mean that lightly, his wife literally has stated he is fighting for this day tomorrow. 
 
We ask as many of you as possible to show up, whether you are present on TS or not, please just stay logged in at least and show your support for wrinvert.

I would like to see this be very special for him. He is a great guy and his family are great people also. Sinned nailed it he has become a very special person to alot of us over the years. 

+1  He is a great person, and very selfless. I have always enjoyed talking to him through the forums. He has also done some very nice things for the people here, several times.
