Apparently the standard warranty is transferable. The warranty is with the unit, not the owner. I'm not sure about the extended one thou...

Speaking of devil, the card was delivered early, I'm sitting here looking at it, trying to hold the urge to tear the package apart :(

 
I misspoke on the warranty. I was likely thinking of the step-up option.  A purchase must have been made from an authorized reseller to qualify for step-up and the owner's invoice uploaded to EVGA.  But, it's probably a moot point since there is a snowball's chance on a hot day that there would be an item on the step-up list that an FTW could move to.

Thanks man! I really love this case and can't justify getting a larger one. I plan to on my next rig when I go full custom loop. The airflow is actually top notch in this case. Compact and effective.

3 I went with Gigabyte as well, My card will arrive tomorrow.
Pretty sure seyumi got a AIO from Gigabyte might have been waterforce can't remeber, and thejinx.sheehan got a sea hawk from MSI.
