What we can deduce from the pictures.

- Custom PCB
- 8+8 Pin
- Different pump design from the previous hybrids
- Quick release for the tube, could be integrated into an expandable water cooling system
- Normal fan instead of a blower

Agreed! EVGA teased their AIO cooler already with the new case and I am sure that you can add stuff to the loop.

This is what I'm waiting for. Thanks EVGA.

I looked briefly at the MSI Seahawk but that has only 1 8 pin power connector, so that's out.

hmmm I really want a hybrid, not an FE...  back to the store. That wasn't an option when I was there earlier.

It isn't an option yet.  See my post above.  It is "Coming Soon".

Saw the 'coming soon' but since the product page won't come up thought I might have missed something.

They added another card to the pre-releases after I did get in and ordered my FE. Implying to me someone was working on the sales web page at the same time we were trying to place orders.

Jacob stated on his Twitter account that the Hybrid should be available mid to late June.

Are you sure that's a quick release? Looks more like a blue LED ring around the tubing to me.

deff looks like a quick release to me even saved the image to zoom in and you can see a shadow between the 2 pieces i might buy one if they are going this route making the systems expandable

and why the hell would you have only 1 LED ring and not two and why is it also so big in comparison vs other tube? If thats not a quick release, its a stupid design idea

I like Gainward’s  GeForce GTX 1080 Phoenix. (not a Hybrid)
Gainward also has a fully custom model known as the GeForce GTX 1080 Phoenix. This model is available in both stock clocked and overclocked (Golden Sample) variants. The factory overclocked variant has boost clock of 1847 MHz and a dual fan heatsink that spans across 3 expansion slots.
