I almost snagged a Seahawk from Newegg before. It became available, I placed it in my cart, ordered it but I got an email saying "Out of Stock - Order Voided".

Well it'll be 599 + 119.99 + FTW PCB Cost
 
So ~750 seems plausible. Though the listed Hybrid cooler isn't compatible with FTW, so it could be cheaper or more expensive.

Does the kit allow you to keep the reference "Back Plate"?
 
Will the shroud be available separate with out the cooler?
