Sounds like hybrid cooler kits only next week. So probably getting the Waterforce myself if I can get my hands on it next week.

The more I see the Seahawk the better it looks. It overclocked to 2150MHz at 50 degrees C all on a 8 pin power connector and with a Founders Edition PCB. I think we all know by now the extra power phases are not needed because all these cards seem to overclock to the same frequency. 
 
I still want the Hybrid but I signed up to be notified when the Seahawk becomes available. First water cooled card I can get my hands on I'm buying.

Well due my visa issues lately i might have to wait till late 20's to make a purchase....
Jacob any news of how many would be available on the market?

When is the actual Hybrid 1080 going to be available? Also how long until the UK gets stock after initial release in the US?

But there are some youtubers that grabs their camera open some games and show the fps its getting. Thats what i was looking for lol

thanks for the that link. It was a very interesting read on the seahawk x,even tho I cancelled my order of it and I went for 980ti hybrid in the meantime.
The idle temps is as good as Fury X and my 980ti hybrid which is 27-28 c in idle.I think that is very good. Tho my 980ti hybrid is really really quiet,I even cranked up the fan rpm to 85% and it was dead quiet. EVGA fan is of really good quality.
 
The reason I didnt go for seahawk 1080 was because of the blue/white LED on fan.
you need an extra fan pin to connect on the your mobo,my 980ti hybrid does this in gpu and I can get a additional FAN in my case.
I really like the seahawk x design black and white because I somehow got a black and white theme going on without trying.
seahawk seems to have minimal of RGB lighting,which is something I really dont like.
dual slotted gpu,that is my limit I think,my 980ti hybrid has a little more than 2 slots I belive and I dont like it.
 
Even tho the seahawk looks really good,theres a few things I dont like about it,and im hoping the 1080 hybrid from evga will fix most of the concerns I have, that I find desirable.
 
Anyway,I cant wait for hybrid now,ive been waiting for almost a month now and evga better not push it further back.

So the only issue with the seahawk is the rbg for u? O.o wuh?

ye,it may seem strange to you,but I really cant stand gpus with full rgb lighting. Its the same with FANs and keyboards And the new broadwell-e mobos that asus have announced,Deluxe 2 with rgp  clamps on pci-e port. It just doesnt appeal to me.
as pointed out it only has 1 8 pin connector which gives less cable management and it has very low temp idle and under load. even tho the seahawk is slightly OC it has idel temp of 27 c.
Besides, one of the reason why I havent gone for msi seahawk yet is that I generally dont like MSI brand,at all. Ive had problems with an old gpu and an old mobo some time ago and msi stood for bad quality among friends. This was like 10years ago
I really like seahawks design tho,except for the blue/white LED fan.
Not sure how I like 1080 hybrid beeing 2.5 slot tho if its true,can Jacob perhaps confirm this?
 
I hope 1080 hybrid stock have less idle temp since its not overclocked.
 

well...the gigabyte waterforce might hit 769.99
I guess thats out of my budget....
if hybrid is above 750...thats out of my budget too t.t
seahawk might be the only thing remaining since they go for 720 ish

I'll most likely go for what comes first. Seems like gigabyte atm. Haven't found much info on msi availability

yes i know its 750 on newegg...but on amazon it was 719.99 then 729.99 then sold out lol. I think 3 weeks ago.
I heard on amazon that they have reported the "high baller price" from 3rd party sellers but i am not sure if they are actually gonna do something about it tho.

Next week is classified but still no news about release date of 1080 Hybrid?
