yup....For me 2. If July hits up and the gigabyte gets on the market before evga.....evga might be losing a couple of customers here..and i might be 1 of them.......my plans are on hold but i cant keep them on hold for so long

You didn't even wait single review before decision. You will buy first model.
That mean if someone hurry and launch product no matter on negative sides and unfinished product you will pay him.
At least 2-3 review for GIGABYTE and 2-3 review for EVGA's model. 
It's much easier when you pay to discover alone negative side and think Why I didn't look better...
 
I want to see how much is exactly cooler and is it really cooler VRM on GIGABYTE,
how much is overclocked EVGA, Package, temp of graphic processor, news about Vega, news about GTX1080Ti...
 
It's different when I knew that Rampage Black will be better with newer features and I wait strictly here some time, but I didn't want to buy expensive Extreme chipset 10-12 months before new socket with 1600 pins more and new chipset with 20 PCI-E lanes and than I decide to buy earlier normal version. But you still don't know what will happen when reviews compare them. TPU will compare all GTX1080 models and you will nicely recognize performance, noise, temperature difference. OC you shouldn't look because that's pure luck. GIGABYTE talk about some 2.3GHz after manual OC I don't believe in single words when we talk about warranty for overclocking.

Thing is. When its available, a couple of hours after release there will be like 4 to 5 reviews on youtube already that would feature each model...so i dont think i have to wait that long for a review ones they are released lol.
Besides im sure some reviewers already has it but is under NDA probably

Only around 10 sites could give proper and fair testing where you could compare graphic cards... Not someone who get single card or buy single card.
I expect words from people who during season test 10-15 models even from AMD and all of them are compared in same games on all resolutions in same condition, ambient temps, etc...
If I compare someone who test card  and now is winter is there and other who live on Hawaii than I will not look on 2-3C difference as crucial factor for purchase cooler model.
I know I will not make mistake if I buy EVGA Hybrid... except if AMD launch 10% stronger card for 200$ less and NVIDIA show up with 40% stronger for same money as GTX1080 and EVGA launch GTX1080Ti Hybrid.

Well rumors are saying that the hybrid should be 700 bucks
Retailers prob gonna buy all and sell them for like 800 to 900?

100% watercooled is a nice touch, EVGA should've already had this with their advantage of the Hybrid.
BUT, we'll see.

No price will not be over 800.
If other sell similar models for 740-750$ than maybe even less.
You never know what EVGA could make for GTX1080Ti Hybrid or I even hear that they plan two version of
Hybrid cards but I doubt that difference is big. Maybe one additional hot area increase temperatures of graphic processors more than manufacturer plan.
We will see... They know to surprise customers. Last year that was free aluminum shroud.
 
 
 
 
 

Wow I'm sorry to say this but that Gigabyte Hybrid model looks like it has the Evga Hybrid beat. This may actually be the first non EVGA GPU I've gotten in the past decade. These are the differences I'm seeing:
 
Gigabyte cools not only the GPU but the memory & mofsets (full liquid cooling not just a hybrid).
Gigabyte has 12+2 power phase versus 10+2 on the FTW/Hybrid
1936mhz boost on Gigabyte versus 1860 on the FTW/Hybrid
Gigabyte even has memory overclock as well when we know EVGA doesn't touch that ever
Both have 2x8 power pins
 
The EVGA one does look a lot better but I grew up out of the matching/cool looking interior phase long ago.
 
Evga model probably has better warranty and also will eventually have the quick disconnect system but not something needed on a GPU that doesn't go past 50c anyway on AIO water cooling.
