Damn... Had one in my cart but I was not prepared. Had to put in billing address, hen shipping address, then 4g internet cut out, had to redo above address input and after getting a "your account may be charged a $1 holding fee" notification and returning to cart it was empty... Doesn't

This is how it has always worked. Just be aware, they go by boat, so it will take time for them to get there.

Just go to Member --> My Order History from the top of the page.  If there is no order, you didn't get one.  If it shows two....

Try a different browser next time.  I had that issue in the past.  IE and Google wouldn't work, but Firefox did.  Seen it the other way around for some other folks.  Or it may have already been out of stock.
