Slight correction, if you watch that part again, he is using speedfan to control the radiator fan and was setting it to 1200-1300rpm, this achieved 44c with the simple 1 fan replacement and 41-42c with 2 in push-pull.
Now if I set my case 120mm fans to 1200-1300 that would be quite a bit louder than i'm used to, but they are not high end fans or anything, I assume those vardar fans will be quieter. So I've went ahead and ordered one and plan on fitting it on as soon as my hybrid arrives. An extra 15 bux for such an improvement should be well worth.
I also looked at the Vardar fans and surprise, surprise, guess who makes them? Yup - EKWB, the kings of PC watercooling

I am currently using Noctua SSO2 NF-F12 (2000 PWM) high static pressure fans for my AiO radiator fans in my mini-ITX for both the Corsair H55 cooling my 6600K and the EVGA GTX980Ti Hybrid radiator. I may have to try out the Vardar fans and compare the performance. I would be very surprised if they could outperform the Noctua fans, but anything is possible.
My EVGA GTX1080 FTW Hybrid will arrive today (replacing the GTX980Ti Hybrid) and the first thing I plan to do is replace the stock rad fan with the Noctua fan. I'll have to wait for the Vardar fan to arrive before being able to conduct comparative performance vs. the Noctua fan.
