I am wondering if the TI and the Titan will allow more.. That is interesting.

So easy to critique. A true skill is listening. Anyone can critique but not everyone can listen. I'm suing you for false advertisement Sajin, and the consumer protection agency will hear of this.

I know but, they've only mentioned the 1080. Why didn't they say 1070 and 1080?

Because the 1070 isn't getting the new bridge, and just bet the main focus was the SLI capability with the new bridge. The 1070 will use the old Bridge, and not have any extra gain, so it isn't as interesting.

My bet, you get 2 way sli with both of them.

I'm wondering if that's the reason behind the 1070/1080  being decent in price, at least at first glance they seem cheaper.  I'm sure that people that love more than 2 way Sli will hate that limitation, myself including, but then guess what might come next smelling like a fresh mushroom, but at higher price.
Nvidia always find its way to get people, one way or another.

Word on the street is there is an issue with the 10 series running more than 2 GPUs in SLI and supposedly this is being looked into at Nvidia.
2nd post down on the following link:

Be nice if they fixed that but also be nice if developers start building support into the games at launch.

Well this sucks for me but not for my checking account. Had 4 GTX680 SC's and now have 3 GTX980 SC's. Like getting all of my cards soon as the first ones are released. Since I like doing nothing but widescreen gaming @144hz I want every bit of performance (just like my car and bike) I can get. Probably wont upgrade to these cards unless BF1 needs it for 3 monitors.

Thanks for the info.....Sajin, Jacob, ChrisB

Well I'm a bit stunned.  I wonder if Nvidia will do the same with "big Pascal?"  If so, then I think they're making a big mistake.
