I ordered 2 Arctic Storm, they shipped today, a review on .hardwareluxx.de shows the card keeps a frequency of 2063 with no overclock, and goes from 41 idle to 46 full load (and 2063 freq - with 360 radiator). Overclocked they managed 2323 and 11.200 at memory up from 10000, which raises temperature from 46 to 48 degrees, and aprox 10% more performance over the allready big performacne offered by stable 2063 frequency with no overclock.
This yeald 11752 point in 3dmark extreme, whereas a Titan X pascal yealds 12056 points. (and that for 450 euro more).
This shows how castrated and limited the titan X is, no full chip, low freq, etc.
At 2300 Mhz, you basically get a titan x performance level with 450 euro less, not to mention way better temperatures !
Glad i ordered two of them, and i found an EVGA HB bridge also in stock somewhere !
