I don't know if I can wait till the end of next week. I'm thinking about just getting the cheapest reference I can get my hands on and put an EK block on it. The release date is the end of next week and we don't even know who is manufacturing the freakin block!

Tried to find it, maybe I am confusing the Classified date with the Hydro Copper. Jacob might have mentioned it on one of the live streams though. Regardless I just found out that my local Microcenter has the MSI 1080 Seahawk EK X in stock and I can get it for $10 more than a Reference + EK Nickel/Acetal Block w/ Backplate. So if I don't have an order placed by the 30th for a Hydro Copper or at the very least significantly more information than we have now my choice has been made. I also see this as an opportunity to support other companies releasing cards with waterblocks.
