i just got my 950 pro and the M.2 ssd adapter Pcie 3.0 x4

i realized something that i couldnt get into Bios while the 950 Pro installed(via the M.2 pcie 3.0 x4 adapter)
 
When an Acronis Usb universal restore stick is installed ,my keyboard doesnt work Logitech g910  The Post code on the mobo shows A1

Again ;when Acronis Usb stick is not installed, my keyboard doesnt work and  The Post code on the mobo shows A1
 
when Samsung 950 pro is not installed (via pcie 3.0 x4 M.2 adapter) my keyboard works and was able to get into Bios
 
i want to get into Bios to set the 1st boot option to Usb Pen drive to restore my full system image to Samsung 950 Pro   and want to boot from it.
 
But the only thing i could able to do that is seeing 950 Pro as a Data drive under windows 10.This only happens when i dont install my usb bootable stick.
 
if i boot without issue and want to use my 950 pro as a data drive,i shouldn't have to install any usb bootable drive.
 
if i want to get into Bios i need to take my 950 pro out off the pcie slot.
 
when the 950 pro installed my keyboard cant get recognized in the post screen.It can only got recognized on the windows starting screen.
 
i know that someone could boot their pc's from intel 750 ssd on x79 dark.
 
Update: it also give the Post code A1 even the Usb bootable stick isnt installed.It randomly logs into Windows and never gets into Bios while the 950 pro installed via pcie slots.

Are you current on the X79 Dark Bios?

Yes it is the latest one which is 2.13 version

What CPU do you have, what slot is it in, and do you have the supplemental power plugged in on the bottom of the MB?

Have you guys found a resolution for this? I'm still getting the A1 code. The Asus rog had zero issues but theven dark is having issues...
