don't believe it I bought the GTX 970 from  best buy and didn't get the game code for either game ,division or bombshell. I have talked to evga tec support and they want or cant help I don't know.

When did you purchase the card? Have you registered your card? Have you uploaded your invoice?

I think you have the wrong thread, bombshell is not preorder, it is available. The Division is in a different thread.

Awesome! I just left Best Buy with a Geforce GTX 950. Good upgrade from a 660? The game will be icing on the cake.
