I've had my X-10 for a month now on Win10 64 bit and no issues. It is the carbon one.

Been using my X10 since June of last year. No problems here except for the paint peeling off on the right side buttons. I've never updated the firmware on it since I've had it.

Updating the firmware again fixed it for me. I think when I updated it last time it was corrupted.

I had that for a bit but it was mostly when I was standing at my desk.  If you've opened it recently or you think something could have fallen into it, you can always pop off the cover and blow out the button recess with some compressed air.
 
I did have to get it replaced once when my scroll wheel decided to sometimes not respond as a button click but all smooth sailing apart from that.

Yes.. Carbon, Been a great mouse for me so far.
Bought mine on launch.  No issues at all.
