Considering that I have never did the game cache before, how would I do this. Would this fall under the "Delete Local Content" section for FO 4? If so, does this delete all the content (including any saved portions that are stored on the drive) as well as the cloud storage?

No, don't delete the local files. You're in the right area though. Look for something that says 'Verify'. I'm stuck without a PC right now. Be back in an hour or two.

OK, threw my Windows 10 PC back on the counter. Right-click Fallout 4 and select 'Properties' and then this box will open. Go to the 'local files' tab and then select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'. Got it?

I've had to do that a couple of times now.  Once because I screwed something up and needed to reset to default and also because the game had gotten twitchy on me.

Roh roh Reggie. I took the swan dive. We'll see what happens now. I didn't see the properties that you mentioned in your later post. If I have to start over, so be it. The game is still fun.

I went there and this time I saw the properties icon. But, as I mentioned earlier, I took the swan dive. Have to wait and see what happens.

Your progress might be saved in the Cloud or your Saved Games folder.

Which one? What Zuhl mentioned or what I did?

That would be sweet. I also hope it cures the issue.

By the way, THANKS for throwing your system back up and giving me some advice!!!!

I had my main PC together and running but that EK reservoir had a fitting that was leaking. I fiddled with different o-rings and fittings for 5 hours until I gave up and decided to get some 5-minute epoxy from Auto-Zone. That fitting is in there for good now. I doubt it will be seeping fluid past the threads again since I gave them a thorough coating of epoxy. There is at least 1/16" of epoxy all around that fitting. If the pump ever fails, hopefully EK will just send me a replacement pump since it's easy enough to replace. If not I'll just buy another pump.
