Tweaked
Problem solved.  It turns out that my laptop was defaulting to the integrated Intel graphics adapter instead of the dedicated Nvidia.  I had to disable the Intel in Device Manager and then it loaded just fine.

NVM, spoke too soon.  Yes, disabling the Intel GPU allowed the game to load, but at unplayable framerates like 5fps.  And with the Intel GPU disabled, if I tried to open the Nvidia control panel, I got an error saying that it couldn't open because the display was not connected to an Nvidia GPU.

I just tried rolling my drivers back to 361.43 from back in December to no avail.

That's the only game that crashes?

So far. I only have two games installed. FO4, and Borderlands the pre sequel. Borderlands plays fine.

Fallout 4 1.4.124 Beta UpdateFebruary 22

Look under the "NEWS" section in your library.

I disabled all beta stuff. The last time I had problems with Fallout 4 just like Tweaked is having it was because an update was being downloaded while I was playing. I check update history and it takes me to a different page and tells me nothing about installed patches.

I don't do betas either. Just posted this for information. I wait for the official releases.

Are you running any mods for FO 4?

Hey, whiskers54. You'd better check your Power Armor stored at your home in Diamond City. I just got back there and a bunch of helmets were missing and two suits were stripped completely bare. They didn't touch the stuff parked in the repair stations and I can't figure out how to lock my door. I used to need my key to get in. There must be a way to add a locking door with a terminal. I just loaded up both doorways with Plasma mines. Hopefully I'll come home to a few piles of ashes. If Plasma don't work I'll try Frag mines next.

I have 2 completely stripped suits with the stripped hardware stored.

Where do you store it so they can't steal it? The Workbench? Why can't I scrap some of this Power Armor? I've got a ton of Raider Power Armor I want to scrap and the (R) is grayed out. Curie is getting possessive too. She said she wouldn't know how she would react by just thinking of me 'being' with someone else. I might need a Protection Order when I dismiss her.

I'm just using the crates and furniture that was there.

I do go to the vendors there a lot to sell my loot and then go to the house for switching things and storing other loot that I want to hang onto and that may be the key.

Will vendors buy wrecked Raider Power Armor? I wish I could scrap this junk. I am snatching everything off of the dead Raiders so I can scrap it for resources. Everywhere I go I leave a trail of dead naked Raiders. LOL
