What would happen if you uninstalled the mods and then reinstalled them?

Can't do nothing. Delete them and reinstall them and there is no change. Nothing. I can't replay those Ransacked Relay Missions either. Maybe it's time to delete the local content and download and reinstall the whole game again?

One thing that I remember about the download notes were that they did something to the mods in a general way. I have to wonder if your mods are no longer supported due to the new version regarding mods.

I deleted all of my Saved Games and let everything sync from Steam. I had to go back to Sanctuary to pick up my Mini Nuke Minigun at the workbench again. I probably have to go back to Oberland Station to find the crashed alien to find my Alien Assault Rifle. What bugs me is that I had a Legendary Alien Sniper Rifle that slowed down time when aiming through the scope. IDK if I have to go hunting for those two locations included in Ransacked Relay and find them to start the mission to get the Rogunz Pistol. They aren't on my map yet.

IDK what they are. I think I ran into probelms when I played on a PC that did not have those mods installed. Every time I authorize a new PC apparently I need to install the mods on each and every PC that I play on. They do not sync with the Steam Cloud data. BTW, I had so many Saves I gained 13 GB of drive space by deleting the Folder and creating a new one. I'm not worried since I Cut and Pasted the Saves onto my 1 TB HDD just in case. Most of the Saves that did not download and sync again were from way back in January or February anyway. No sense in trying to go back that far and lose all of my progress anywho. Now I have to find the Ransacked Relay just north of Outpost Zimanja to get my Rogunz Pistol again. Shuddersome Subways mission is near Poseidon Energy but I don't remember if there was anything worthwhile at the end.
I did find the Alien Assault Rifle this morning. I just need to mod it into a full auto and add a decent sight.

I take it that your problem(s) are now gone and you are able to resume play.

Yeah, I could play before. It's just that my mod weapons were gone.

Yep, but I am probably not going to find another Legendary Alien Sniper Rifle. LOL

I was at the Finch Farm settlement making some improvements for increasing the population. I got rid of the old improvements and started building with concrete. As I was building upward I noticed that I could get very close to the roadway above so I built a stair to it and found out that I can gain access to the top of it. I walked around there and noticed that there are 2 vehicles present. It gets better. I tried to enter the build mode and was successful. So I scrapped the vehicles and built some defenses. What I also noticed at that time was my power indicator was reading in the red. My laser and missile defenses were working. Not sure why as of yet but I will be checking it out. Also, there is no mod needed to build up there but I do not know how high you can go yet. I do have the fusion generator, located in the lower farm area but very close to the upper roadway and connected to it.
