I think I already had too much coffee as can be witnessed by my erratic behavior. I urge caution in advising me to have more coffee as my coffee pot is primed and ready for action. Once I 'pull the trigger' on another pot there is no turning back. LOL

Pull the trigger, pull the trigger.

I might hurt myself!

Pondering to start playing again, but it's been so long that I forgot where my character is and it's history. I'll probably start over again when Fallout 4 VR and Skyrim VR are both out. Putting down a character like Fallout 4 for awhile and then trying to pick it back up is problematic, because how players develop in open world games.

Very nice but you may want to invest some caps into a lawn mower. The cattle don't seem to be working.

That it is. I usually play weekends and maybe a weekday so my down time is not that great to have that problem that you have mentioned. But even then it is tough.

I'm having a hard time focusing on anything to scrap it. There is a very small window for me to get the item to light up. Sometimes I can't even loot a Raider because no matter where I aim my pointer it won't recognize him. I had another Provisioner open fire on me yesterday after their Brahmin got killed. I was ignoring him while I was looting the Provisioner that a Super Mutant killed but I felt the silly Pipe Pistol rounds hitting my armor then Cait nailed him with a few rounds from the Laser Rifle I gave her. She knocked the stupid Provisioner to the ground but didn't kill him. When he got up we were all good again and he went on his way sans Brahmin. He looked sort of dazed. LOL

That's how it is/was with me as well.  Sometimes I can pick back up where I left off, like I will definitely do if/when I go back to Skyrim, but I'll spend the next few hours afterwards trying to figure out what I was doing.

I don't really have any problems putting this game away for as long as a week. I just open my Pip Boy and check my Data for any active or waiting missions. If I don't have anything I can always go to either the BOS or RR to get some temporary work. I already have a full time job as General of the Minutemen so money isn't a problem as much as all of the spare time I have on my hands. Then I check my inventory to make sure I'm not overloaded. If I am I go to my workshops and scrap any extra weapons and extra armor. Then I have to find a bed to keep Cait happy and away we go. My biggest gripe with RR missions is when P.A.M. gives me a quest to wipe out a BOS patrol. I feel like a traitor killing my BOS fellow knights just to save a bunch of Synths. Even us Mercenaries have to have certain standards and lines we shouldn't cross.

Got one of the worst curb stompings I've had so far last night.

I was knocking out some of the Cleansing the Commonwealth missions for that ... charming person.   This time it was head over to the Gwinnett Brewery and clean it out.  I figured it would be no big deal.  Go shoot some critters and be done with it.

As many of you might know by now, Im running numerous mods.  Two in particular are Modern Firearms and Super Mutants Redux.   The mutant mod improves the look of the mutants a bit, adds Nightkin to the game and makes the mutants tougher overall.  It also adds a stronger "Legendary" class to the mutants as well.   The Modern Firearms adds well, modern firearms including some really nasty things like a Browning M2.  The downside is that both the player and the bad guys can get those weapons.   In particular, Super Mutants get the bigger, nastier guns.  Like the aforementioned Browning.  Or worse.

So I head into Gwinette,  everything was going smoothly.  Lots of Mirelurks until I ran into the pack of mutants hanging out in the restaraunt.  Every single mutie in there was a warlord except for the two Nightkin and one of the Nightkin was a unique character.  Two of the muties were Legendaries.  And all of them with the exception of the non unique Nightkin had .50 machine guns.

I died.  A lot.   It took me several attempts to figure out to get through them.  Because they would basically kill me in one or two shots.  That is when they weren't dismembering or beheading me.  I finally figure out this routine.  Take a hit of jet, shoot like crazy, kill one.  Immediately save.  Rinse and repeat.  Even then I had to reload numerous times because they could still get a couple of shots in if I didn't act fast enough and keep them staggered.   I think the unique Nightkin was the absolute worst.  He liked to jump down and close to melee range, but he would shoot me instead of using his axe.    And with him being cloaked, I couldn't use VATS against him, so it was spray and pray.

Can't wait to see whats next...

I had a lawnmower, but had to scrap it because I needed some parts to finish my armor.
