"best thing" is to buy something which doesn't appeal to me so I can see if it appeals to me?

Where's your sense of adventure?

Just when I thought I had seen everything. I was walking along Far Harbor with Nick Valentine and kept hearing this sloshing sound. I looked all over to see where it was coming from because I thought Nick was tromping through puddles. Lo and behold, Nick is nowhere in sight. I look and looked for him and what do I see? There's Nick, 12 feet in the air just swimming along as if he was under water. I wish I would have captured the video but I was laughing too hard and wasn't thinking straight.

Is anyone else disappointed in the lack of more Bobbleheads to hunt for? I think I found one magazine that gave me some kind of point boost but can't remember where I picked it up at. I need to go try and find the crater where The Institute used to be and see if there is any loot laying around or any more Synth activity there. I want to know who is still killing my settlers and replacing them with Synths.

There could be something to that. According to a couple of articles that I read there is more DLC to come. There was no release date mentioned however.

I am counting the minutes till I maximize the relationship between Curie and myself and she is sent off to Red Rocket or elsewhere to continue her research.  Sexy accent notwithstanding, she's quite annoying and as I previously mentioned, always blocking shots or trying to push past me and spoil shots.

I think after that, I think Strong and I will go wrap up some missions for that little, well use your imagination here, from the brotherhood.  I'm personally more than annoyed at the BOS this time round, so I'll be sticking with them long enough to get that suit of T-60 armor and then it's sayonara sucker.

On the mod front... I've got one that I've been running for awhile now, but with the release of the CK, it's changed up a bit and it has me giggling and chortling over here.  Well okay, I was at first, but now Im settled down.  The mod is Modern Firearms (Gunsmith Edition) and combined with FO4 Hotkeys allows me to switch the functions of the weapons.

Want to attach or detach a silencer?  Hit a key.  Want to switch between semi-auto and fully automatic?  Hit a key.  Got a sight magnifier that you want to use?  Enable or disable that with a key.  And I haven't used this part yet, but you can set a seperate key to use the grenade launchers that can be attached to most weapons.

The same here with Nick except that I am still doing the Far Harbor quest. I still have the regular quests and missions waiting on the mainland.

Cait is the same way. Always complaining about me staring at her rump but whenever I am getting ready to take a shot she stands in front of me and her rump fills my scope. I think she likes me staring at it. It probably has so many bullet holes in it now I am afraid to look.

You're using the wrong gun Zuhl. LOL

I just drank the water on the Children of Atom Quest, that was fun. The whole Far Harbour island has been fun but a little bit on the wordy side. I like learning some backstory and about other characters but there have been a few times where I just can't stand to hear any more blabbing and I have had to skip some dialog. I just wish all of these actions affected the outcome more. I want the entire wasteland to be covered in toxic air with complete anarchy. Thinking about all of this, I am wondering how jacked up it would be if I ate my own son.

Note to self; See what happens when I spawn a settler in the glowing sea and go to the institute and eat my son.

Far Harbor is fun and a bit different. And yes, a bit wordy.

Veal, anyone?

I found a mod this morning that adds a quest and a Legendary type weapon. I haven't tried it yet so I can't vouch for its stability. It's called 'Ransacked relay' mod and I watched a YouTube video of the gameplay. It'll give me something to do anyway. I checked yesterday and I have 296 hours total playing time. I've been avoiding playing these last few days because I am rethinking the decision I made about Dima. I don't want to have to scroll too far back to load the save.

Tough choice there. It's only bad when you received some Legendary weapons or armor.

Fearpoint,

I don't know if you are playing Far Harbor or not but I am. Personally It's fun to play.

Everyone has their own opinion regarding the game and the value they get out of it. Best thing to do here is play the game if you haven't yet. Then you will know.

Note the quote above. I said play the game, not buy it.

I'm still travelling with Nick just so he can see his buddy Dima now and then. I miss the 'Nappy time' bonus I get from from Cait though.
