I wondered about that but why can't I take one and use it myself? From now on I'm just going to waste the little buggers before they start their little cymbal nonsense.

LOL, I just got my Survival Guide today. Haven't been able to played or look at the guide yet, but it is huge, at least 1-1/4" think I'd say.

Yes there is a cap. I believe it's 10+ the number of Charisma points you have, of course a modder can just uncap that.

I just hooked up with Cait and she does pretty good in combat but can't carry as much as Strong. Strong shoots at everything in sight with little or no accuracy and goes through ammo too quickly. I just wish they had spelled her name Kate because every time I look over at her I keep seeing Bruce Jenner.
