Just started playing and so far so good. Seems a little clunky but I know when this game gets polished it will be great. Graphic shadows and textures seem to come and go. One minute they are clean and clear and the next they look terrible. Check out the screenshot. I have never seen better water in a game, at least that's a plus. When I started I couldn't get it to change resolution at all until I set my desktop to my native resolution of 2560x1600. Oh and sli didn't work until I made a shortcut from steam/steamapps/common fallout.exe. Once I did that the profile showed up in NVIDIA control panel but I still had to force AFR2. All settings maxed and my cards are running nice and cool never dropping below 60fps.

Need extra Experience Points? I may have found a way. A cheat alert.

While exploring I entered a building which has a safe and a computer. I picked (novice) the lock and emptied it. I then cracked the computer which controls the safe's lock. But because I unlocked the safe already, it gave me the option to lock it, so I did. I then went back to the safe and picked the lock and I received more XP. I did this a couple of times and only lost 1 bobby pin.

I can't remember where it was but if you see a safe and a computer together do the safe first.

^Yea, I found that to (forgot where). Although, want an even better way that feels more "productive"? Just build structures at settlements. Every piece of housing you put down/up is XP. I must have went through at least 3 levels just building and tearing down stuff.

What bothers me most is that it takes almost two minutes to fast travel or start the game. I can't begin to imagine how long I'd have to wait if didn't have all SSD in my PC. I got stuck and rearranged between a desk and a terminal again and had to load a save point.

I haven't tried that one yet. I picked up the babe in Combat Zone for a companion yesterday. She seems smarter than Strong but I question her combat ability.

Not sure if it's on Windows 10 end or AMD Catalyst 15.11.1 doing it but I went unstable when I patched the other day. Ended up yanking one of my R9 280X from my machine to get things under control. Whatever it was it didn't like me alt-tabbing into a hardware accelerated browser window. Before that, I was rock solid on driver side. Going to be glad 15.11.1 is the last Catalyst driver. Now just to see how Radeon Software handles things soon.

Twice this damn folding client opened when I launched Fallout 4 and my mouse got stuck inside its box. I couldn't even reach my Task Manager to shut anything down. I had to do a hard shutdown.

I still haven't figured out the cymbal banging monkeys yet. I can't pick them up or collect them. I just blow their little heads off and leave them there. Is there some kind of achievement for finding a certain amount of these annoying little creatures?
