Excellent Bios update.

Without being mentioned anywhere in the release notes,
it has fixed an issue i was having with booting from an Intel 750 PCI-E SSD,
when the drive is set up to boot in EFI mode (UEFI with CSM Disabled).

It would throw a blue screen during the Windows boot-up, unless i manually started the drive from within the Bios menu using the "Boot Override" menu.

An issue i have found with this Bios update is that you cannot load saved USB profiles from older Bios versions (not even profiles from 1.18 will work),
as it will say it is not compatible with this Bios version (1.19).

Don't have an Asus Xonar, but i still have to set PCI-E Gen to 2 (or 1) in the Bios to be able to detect my sound card.
It's an easy setting to change as a workaround, but a lot of people may not know about this.

Prior to this update I could not use my Corsair STRAFE keyboard to enter the BIOs and sometimes the keyboard would not be recognized when booting into Windows. So far this seems to work but I will do some more testing tomorrow.

Will this fix the Corsair K70 RGB keyboard issue? The issue not being able to boot into Bios with this keyboard.

O.O I so must try one of those. Tri-BIOS rulez!

EDIT: Sorry no dice for me. Xonar is still dead just as 71605. Meh... but I'm taking steps to free myself from that second problem permanently while Xonar is just a nuisance at this moment in time. For a moment I thought that new BIOS messed things big time, but only once I had weird issue with bootloader and then it went as it should.

The card should work if you go into the Bios menu and manully change the PCI-E generation to Gen2 or Gen1.

Card should now show up upon the next reboot.

Not sure what the keyboard compatibility means.  Does this fix the issue of the Corsair Kxx series Keyboards getting into BIOS at the highest polling rate?

Card doesn't work no matter what I set up in the BIOS and which slot I pick. Make no mistake card is detected by BIOS/system flawlessly since oldest version of firmware I have (1.13). Just doesn't work (produce sound) - went through all versions of drivers I have - including some betas I've downloaded - confirmed working in any other system. At this moment in time I don't care about Xonar anymore as I prefer to use that one x4 slot for TB controller which I still can't obtain anywhere (and EVGA doesn't supply one!) - supposedly model from Asrock appears to be universal (it doesn't use some silly proprietary plug like card from ASUS) but it's permanently unavailable outside US and Amazon/Newegg doesn't sell outside US this one item. Probably its uber top secret technology that Intel & US gov fear to fall into hands of [cyber]terrorists like my humble person.... Stupid people. One or two stores in Germany and UK have it listed but with note: not available yet/on order/permanently unavailable. Take your pick.

Problem with 71605 persist from the start and there is no progress which makes my blood boiling as complete card with cables and BBU (excluding HDD/SSDs) cost well over what I've spent on X99 build combined - and card work perfectly well on older chipsets. While X58 platform I've got from EVGA was without doubt best purchase I ever made, X99 switch quickly becomes the worst - incompatibility-wise.

I had a feeling that if this fix worked on the Corsair STRAFE it would also work for other NEW Corsair keyboards
