Still nothing for me after have asked on the french support the reason why I didn't receive this famous email. The manager is absent these days but still no email... 
However I had registered my card and then I had sent the invoice. I don't understand... 
Was it a lottery???

Hi, I know this has been asked tons of times already but I was wondering if there is at least a timeframe for when the shrouds may be available for users who missed the faceoff program? Saving up took too long for me and I missed the glorious deal.

This will be my first post on the forum :). I registered card and send the invoice (at the start of the faceoff program). The invoice was confirmed by EVGA, but never heard when they will ship the shrouds (approximately). Is shipping to the Netherlands delayed compared to other EU countries? Or will EVGA make these shrouds available for purchase later? Would be a good move since many people who bought the hybrid series cards after the face-off program or the standalone surely are interested.

best bet is to call evga support number for your region also in usa we just had a holiday too.
