5.3.8 is up now, this version has some major improvements for OSD compatibility. Available at Steam and EVGA.com as usual, get it here:

Ok so I did some tests and so far crash from battle.net games seem to be fixed.

Can't wait to try this. I still can not get the GPU's to index properly with 5.3.7, and 5.3.7 has built a memory of settings, even when I disable it and uninstall it. Not sure what is going on, lol.

With single card, everything seems fine. I activated SLI, and it was doomed.

Severe lag, then it started locking the game for extended periods of time, and after that it finally it hard locked the whole system.

As soon as sli was disabled, it was fine

Why am I not seeing anyone else who has recently clean installed Windows 10 using Precision getting this error. Still the same as before with 5.3.7 now still with 5.3.8. Everything works albeit the error message at startup:
