Kingston HyperX Fury 2666mhz 32GB (HX426C15FBK4/32) had the same issue with this ram. I had to update the bios after getting a compatible memory kit to boot it up with.
updated to latest bios and ram works fine.

Thank you for that.  +1

Probably memory related. Try one stick of memory to see if it will boot at all.

She boots up fine with two sticks in the left highlighted configuration. Its only when I add the other 2 sticks (2x8GB) in the right highlighted configuration she gets the qcode "BF". If I click the "memOK" button on the mobo, all the sticks are recognized. But when exiting out of the BIOS again she does not boot.

My setup:
Intel Core i7-6850K
ASUS X99-A II
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" (2 x 500GB) SSD
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300)
Windows 10 Pro

Well, after tinkering all day with this I finally fixed it! I re-arranged the memory to this configuration: DIMM_B1, DIMM_D1, DIMM_B2, DIMM_D2. And she booted right up! Hello 32GB!
