Sniperguru, what voltage tables did you use for 1.274v to show in Afterburner? The max mine will show is 1.21v unless using Precision. Even setting bios voltage tables to >1.21v it does not seem to apply it - It doesnt actually apply it either, I checked with my multimeter. Only overvolt seems to increase voltage in Precision. 1275mV in Precision X is actually 1307mV actual on DMM. It may be a bit off because its only a £15 multimeter
Is it possible to post your bios if it is custom or link to the one you are using please
Also, why are using using a combination of bios settings and software to overclock core and memory? Why not set it to the stable OC in bios and leave software out of it. Are you using watercooling or air? I have a 980Ti Classified but only air cooling
GPUz / Afterburner / Precision reported default load voltage - 1.2120V
Multimeter reported load voltage 1.234V
edit - Its not all about the core clock either. Here's a run of Firestrike (21820 GPU score) @1500/2106mhz. Unfortunately not game stable but this is with stock bios -
